Why do you Require registration to post on the forums? Not all sites require this.

Laura's Playground requires registration in the forums quite simply to keep them from getting out of hand. If you haven't noticed lately, some forums had a handful of users who couldn't seem to respect others points of view. This created a combat zone where sensitive Trans-folk couldn't ask simple quetions without being attacked. By registering on the forums you essentially makeRobe de cocktail it your forum. As such you are entitled to be able to ask a question or discuss a topic in peace, without fear. Guests simply don't have a stake in the forums and therefore cannot post. Combatants are not alowed in the forums.
